It is of prime importance to allocate a specific portion of your day solely to yourself. This is your time, where you can meditate, journal, dance, sing, paint, binge watch or run a bath!
With the Full Moon tomorrow, make sure to indulge in a sacred bath! Did you know when we tune in to the lunar system, we are able to connect with the Moon, our intentions and manifestations?
Choose what feels the best. Remember, by making some “me-time” you will feel rejuvenated and relaxed at the end of the day. Also this is a form of self-love and self-care! And we must practice it every day – in whatever form you may desire.
It could also mean treating yourself to a cup of coffee after a long day at work or keeping your phone aside for an hour while you listen to inspirational podcasts and make notes. But why wait for the New Moon or Full Moon? You deserve to pamper yourself just about any day you wish!
Here is our guide to run a sacred bath for Moon Rituals
Step 1. Use a Lunar Calendar to sync with the Moon Cycle
Step 2. Fill the tub with Hot Water, Herbs, Flower Petals, Crystals, Essential Oils, Epsom Salt and Himalayan Salt
Step 3. Cleanse your area with Sage or Palo Santo to purify the air and create a space to tune in to your creativity and energy.
Step 4. Brew your favorite Tea. My personal favorite to alleviate anxiety is Lavender Tea.
Step 5. Now, indulge into the sacred bath and Visualise the Moon light pouring into your tub.
Step 6. Imagine the stress of the day being washed away as you sip your tea!
Step 7. Connect with your breath, feel the rhythms of your body and relax.
Step 8. Observe old patterns, recurring signs and the parts of you that must be addressed.
Step 9. Indulge completely into the sacred bath and feel yourself clearing away negative energy and inviting harmony.
Step 10. Breathe in and out. Let it all go. Embrace healing. Connect to the wisdom of the Moon. Ask the Universe to make you aware of what you need to know. Give thanks!
